Cribbage King SHIPPING POLICY
Handling time for orders is 1-2 days typical. Standard in-stock products are shipped within 2-3 days of order placement. Custom cribbage boards are typically shipped within 5-7 business days of order placement. Custom Resin Tables shipping times vary with 12 - 21 days of purchase. All items are shipped either UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail.

We ship to the Lower 48 United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and to select locations in Canada. Shipping times vary depending on location, product and shipping method. We do our best to ensure products are shipped quickly and arrive in the least time possible given cost restraints. Shipping in the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) is calculated based on shipping location, product size and weight, and shipping method.

RETURN POLICY
CK products are handmade, and each is subject to irregularities. Products that arrive with cracks, breaks, and/or defects due to shipping are eligible for returns and refunds at the discretion of Cribbage King. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be provided for defective or damaged items within 1-5 business days.
Please note that CK products are handmade and products may differ from images shown. Non-uniformity is common with custom made products and customers should expect variabilities in products. Returns are issued for defective or damaged products at the discretion of Cribbage King. Refunds are issued within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for shipping costs of products that are returned to Cribbage King. Returned items may be sent to the address below.

Cribbage King products are handmade and vary from product to product or the website product image. Handmade products have inconsistencies in design and hole alignment and have "imperfections" that make them unique and one of a kind. You may contact us to get additional details or photos of in-stock boards prior to placing an order. It is the buyers responsibility to request images before a purchase is made should he/she choose to do so.
